Information collected
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, phone number, chosen service and message. You may optionally provide an email address, company, location and other details. For security and spam prevention, technical access logs and limited information derived from your IP address may also be processed.
Purposes and legal basis
We use enquiry information to respond, contact you, advise on our products or services and prepare a quotation. We process information on applicable lawful grounds and, where required, on your consent. Consent to handling an enquiry does not constitute consent to marketing communications.
Who may receive information
Authorised HANNEST MMC personnel handle enquiries. Providers of hosting, server infrastructure and corporate email may process information to deliver those services. We do not sell personal information for third-party marketing. Information may be disclosed where required by law.
Retention
Information is kept for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry, relevant business correspondence and applicable legal obligations. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised under an appropriate procedure. You may request deletion using the contact address below. Our operational target is to reassess the need to keep an enquiry 12 months after it is closed; this is not a promise of automatic deletion.
Security
The website uses HTTPS. Enquiries are stored outside the public website directory and administration access is restricted. No technical system can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or cessation of processing, or withdraw your consent. Contact info@hannest.net. Some records may need to be retained to comply with legal duties.
WhatsApp and international transfers
If you use the WhatsApp link, communication is handled under that service’s terms. Hosting or email providers located outside Azerbaijan may involve cross-border processing that must meet applicable legal requirements.

Google Analytics and analytics cookies
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure page views, service detail views, WhatsApp link clicks and successful enquiry form submissions. The service may process browser and device data, approximate location and online identifiers, including outside Azerbaijan. We do not intentionally send names, telephone numbers or enquiry messages to Analytics. The Google Analytics tag loads only after you choose “Accept”. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of the website. You can change your choice using the “Cookie choices” link in the footer.
